Why is Processing Fee not included?

Hi there,

We recently had to reformat our form a bit, and now suddenly the processing fee for event ticket purchases or raffle tickets is not included in the total at the end of the form or with paypal when you go to pay. Please help-our small non-profit is losing money with each transaction while this continues!

You said that your processing fee isn't included in your payment price correct?

I inspected your form but I your fee appears to be a bit confusing. May I ask what you are trying to calculate with it? Perhaps the calculation isn't configuring the fee right.

I see it is supposed to be included but it seems that you have it all based on a calculation which is set to configure a "scaled" processing fee if I am understanding the problem correctly?

Please confirm or correct me.
