How can I apply a unique ID to a form to reopen the form

Say a user goes in and fills out his part and creates user ID 1234(a field in the form he types in), then the next user wants to login to that form so there should be a spot to type in 1234 so the form comes up so he can edit it. How would I go about doing this?

    Hi,

There is a submission ID attached to every form.  There is not a way to login to a form as they are accessed from your account.  There is also not a way to prepopulate a form based on one entry.  You can send an edit submission link or the submission ID for the form along with the notifications however:

Then pass that link to whoever you would need to edit the submission.
