we have made changes to our jot form the automotive estimate form but it does not show on our website

hello - we made changes to the jotform our automotive estimate form - we added different options to the drop down box for the vehicle type but the drop down options on the jot form is not reflected on our website; how can we make these changes appear on the website?

I checked your page compared the the form embedded to it and they look the exact same.  Here is the page I found a Jotform form on:
