Sharing the same form in English to english speakers and in spanish to spanish speakers

I've created a form in English and translated it to Spanish. I'd like to share the form to both an english speaking group and spanish speaking group. Is there a way the default can be different for the same form so the spanish group receives the form already in spanish and the english group gets it in english. I'm trying to avoid them having to toggle the language on the top right of the form.

The only other option is to create two separate forms - one entirely in English and the second entirely in Spanish and then share them with the respective group.
