    Hi Joii,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform support. I have checked your form and was able to see the problem. I have clone your form and made some changes to the condition to provide you a demo form. You can check the demo form here.

    Here's how to fix it:
    1. Add a paragraph field to your form and place it at the bottom part.

    2. Delete all the disable condition you have and replace it with this.

    Hello,

    I have tested your steps.

The problem I have now is when I tick the correct answer it is still coming up with the "please check your answers and submit again" and won't let me go to the next question.

    Thank you for your help.

    Hi Joii,

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. When I cloned and tested your form, the same thing happened to me. I’ll need a bit of time to look into this. I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.

    Hi Joii,

We really appreciate your patience and understanding while we’re looking into this. After investigating it a bit, I found a solution. It's really easy to fix. I've cloned your form and deleted all conditions. After that, I set the all conditions one by one, and the issue was fixed. Let me show you how to do it.

    1. Open your form in Form Builder, and in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
    2. On the left side of the page, click on Conditions.
    3. Check the Select All, and click on the Delete button.
    4. Click on the Add a new Condition button, and select the Skip to/Hide a Page option.
    5. Add your first condition, and click on the Save button.
    6. Repeat the last step for all conditions.
