I tried to downgrade back to free subscription- but the website won't let me

    I tried to downgrade back to free subscription- but the website won't let me- now it's charged my card for premium services- can this be fixed? I still want to keep my account tho!

    I've fixed the problem. The account is back to free and I've made a refund for the latest charge.
