    I tested your form and it redirected just fine here on my end:

    Which browser(s) were you using while submitting the form?

    I will ask our clients next week when they come in. There were 3 forms that we received that did not get routed to paypal; perhaps they used the same browser.

    Thank you for looking at the form. I have just tried it out on 3 different browsers, and it worked fine for me. I will post again if we continue to see an issue or if I get some feedback from clients.

    Sure. We are always happy to assist you. You may also ask them clear the browser cache to see if that helps in resolving the issue for them.

    Please do not hesitate to get back to us if you need further assistance.

    Thank you!!

    I have received another email where the client was not directed to paypal.

    I just tested the form on my pc, and the calculation is working on Chrome, but not on firefox or explorer.

    The last time the form directed to paypal correctly was Sept. 1, and we have received 4 forms since then, none of which has included a payment.

    Is that happening when you check the embedded form on some web page? If yes, please provide us with the URL in question.

    I have checked the direct form link, and calculations look fine in all browsers on my side.

    @leebrothers

    You are definitely right. I was able to reproduce the problem, it does not calculate on Firefox. However on the stand alone form, everything is fine.

    Embedded form:

    Stand alone:

    This is most probably due to the conflicting script between your website script and the form that's why some of the form features does not work specifically the calculations and required field validations. The most efficient way to resolve script conflict is to re-embed your form using iframe embed code. This should prevent the form from conflicting anything on your page.

    Thanks!
