I cancelled jot forms last night and then I recieved this message today;
Your JotForm account has been downgraded.
If you have not requested a downgrade this might have happened because your credit card expired.
Re-upgrading is quick and easy:

Your billing date falls on the 25th of every month. The last payment charge was attempted on August 25, 2011. For some reason though, it failed to process. Payment issues like this are given a 15 day grace period to get settled before the subscription is automatically cancelled.
Then again, you cancelled on the 6th of September, before the grace period ended. I checked your account history and no chargebacks were reflected so you don't owe us anything, as far as I can see.
