Can forms now be filled simultaneously by multiple people

    Prior response 2019:

"Our forms cannot be filled simultaneously by multiple people. Basically, the person who fills the form needs to submit it, and depending on the conditions you have created, it will be sent to the next person.

All is basically explained in the form approval workflow guide we have created here, please give it a second look: https://www.jotform.com/help/432-A-General-Approach-on-Building-an-Approval-Process-Workflow, it also covers the part where it notifies the initial submitter if it was approved or declined."

Or, can we create a form and fill out certain fields and then forward to another person to complete their parts and then they submit it back And possibly add to the form?

    Thank you!

    Hello Alyson,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Yes, the form could be edited multiple times by different approvers. It is easy to create an approval workflow. Let me walk through the steps:

    1. Go to the Settings tab.
    2. Choose Approval Flows on the left.
    3. Click Create an approval flow.

We have a guide here to create an approval workflow.

Could you please share the account in which you need to create the workflow? Do you have a HIPAA account or a Non-HIPAA account?
