Would you mind providing more details about what you mean with "more entry lines"? Do you mean like a dynamic fields where user can add more fields dynamically in the form? If so use dynamic textbox widget. http://widgets.jotform.com/widget/dynamic_textbox. This can be captured in the calculation field.
