I have a charge on my AMEX card for $421.20 Dated July 9th. Can you please supply information to this charge.

For us to properly help you with your concern, could you please send us the email address associated with the Jotform Account that possibly had the charged amount?

By chance, did you fill out a Jotform that asked you to provide your AMEX card details? If so, please send us the link to that form so we could investigate this thoroughly. Please keep in mind that Jotform is a form builder, and unfortunately, some parties may use the forms for wrongful purposes. When they do that, we suspend their account.
