My clients need to submit a form and it keeps saying "form over quota." What does that mean? Thanks.

    Hello gapsaprof,

Upon checking your account, I found that it is currently over quota. Please be noted that in free account you can receive up to 100 MB of upload space but currently your upload space utilization is at 209.18 MB. That is the reason your account is over quota and all your forms are disabled.

I have activated your account for now. Please ensure that you delete few form submissions which has uploaded files. Deleting a form submission will also delete the attached file as well which will free up your upload storage space.

    Hope this helps.

Do get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!
