Why won't one of our labels expand and align like the rest?

We're creating a form and one of our labels won't expand and align like the rest of them. We have a label width of 175 and an alignment of top align, but for some reason the one area won't conform like the rest. Any ideas?

I checked your form and adjusting the label width does indeed allow for the label to be stretched:

The screenshot shows the form with the label width set to 500.  If you are unable to get this to work, let us know and we will be happy to see what else we can find.
