I upgraded my account from Free to Premium on 9/4. However, today, 9/8, my account is still showing as Free and that it is full. What is going on?

I was able to trace your yearly premium subscription payment. I have taken care of your account issues and manually upgraded your account.
Please sign out form your account and then sign in again for the changes to reflect.
