I tried to down grade our plan for the time being and it wont let me.

    Our records indicate that you did indeed successfully cancel your account.  You will retain your paid benefits until the end of your paid period on 2014-10-07 at which point you will not be charged and your account downgraded back to "Free".  Let us know if you have any further questions and we will be happy to help.
