When I try to Cancel our subscription from Premium to Starter There is an Error

    We used JotForm to run a contest, which has now finished. We would like to return to the free version until our company does another contest in the future, but when we try to return to the free version in the pricing tab we get an error message.

    Hi,

    I went ahead and manually cancelled the subscription for you.  You will retain your subscription benefits until the end of your paid period at which point you will automatically be downgraded.
