How to email forms to chosen email and download form in PDF format

I want to create a form where users can answer questions and/or type in notes then email the form to themselves when they are finished taking notes, preferably in a pdf format or something similar.  Is this possible?   

Yes this is possible. Please follow the steps below.

1. Create an autoresponder
2. Edit the autoresponder to add PDF link.

Once done test the form and see if the autoresponder works and check the email if the PDF link is included.
