I was hoping you might consider adding an option to JotForm so that the creator of a form could add submissions manually, if desired. For example, I use JotForm for kids registering for a camp. If a parent comes in, pays with a check, and provides me with the kids information, I'd like to be able to manually add him to my registration list. However, I don't currently see how I can do that. Would this be possible?

You can actually use the form and submit their information.
Or, you can import the data using this app. Make sure to follow the provided format so the data gets imported to your form. http://import.jotform.io/
