Add payment gateway of my bank in order to save money

    Hi there,

a few months ago I already asked the question here if it is possible to make payment plugins. Yesterday we had someone from the e-commerce department in our office and they would need to work together with our developers in order to proceed integrating our banks payment gateway. Until now I haven’t heard anything yet and I might need to switch to a more flexible system. Since Jotform improved a lot and released their API, is there a way for our developers to make a payment plugin for JotForm so we don’t need to pay expensive PayPal fees? It might only be used by us but it would be great if there is any way or at least a workaround to receive payments directly without a third party being involved.

Thanks a lot for your reply in advance!

    Hello eiermann,

With which bank / gateway you are trying to integrate the payment system? Please be noted that to process any payment with external system, the integration needs to be done.

Please let us know the details so that we can send a feature request to our back end team.

We will wait for your response.

    Thank you!

Dear Ashwin, thanks for your reply.

The bank is called CIMB Niaga. It is an Indonesian bank. Our business operates in Bali, Indonesia.

This is the domain of the bank: CIMB Niaga

They also operate in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Cambodia.

It would be great if you could assist us to make it work.

    Cheers,

    Chris

    Hello Chris,

    Thank you for the information.

Is it possible for you to find out the URL for API integration guide. I did check their website but could not find any information there. Upon checking I found that one company "Veritrans" have already integrated that means the API should be available.

I am anyway sending a feature request to our back end team for integration with CIMB Niaga bank. We will get back to you as soon as we have any update from them. Please be noted that creating a feature request does not ensure you that the feature will be implemented. It completely depends on the feasibility and priority of our back end team.

    Thank you!

    Dear Ashwin,

I do understand that. I already submitted this feature request two times and haven't got any update since a few months. That's why I want to ask if there is something I can do in order to make it work with JotForm?

    Hello eiermann,

As mentioned earlier that the decision on feature request depends on a lot of parameter. The feasibility, priority of our back end team and the number of request received for integration.

Lets wait for the response from our back end team.

    Thank you!
