we realized you do not do phone support . I contacted paypal and they said that everything is right on their side, this is an urgent matter and we have a walk in less than two weeks i see a lot of people have experienced the same problem please help .. our contact email is email@example.com

I checked your form and it appears that there are quite a few incomplete payments. These submissions do not fully go through until you complete them. This means that users are submitting your form but then not completing the payment right away or at all. When in the submission view for your form, check at the top and you will see 50 incomplete payments:
Clicking that icon will allow you to complete those submissions which will send the associated notifications.
