    Not receiving email notifications

    Why am I no longer receiving notification via email when a form is received? I used to receive the form in my email inbox and this no longer occurs?

    Is it your Application of Employment  form?
    I checked our mail log and we have the information of failed delivery emails:

    I checked and your email was in our bounce list:

    Also I checked the email notification and it was missing the Sender Email:

    Was it done any recent editing to the email notification? I added a Sender Email and made a test submission. Can you please confirm me if you received it?
