Why am I no longer receiving notification via email when a form is received? I used to receive the form in my email inbox and this no longer occurs?Page URL:

I checked our mail log and we have the information of failed delivery emails:
I checked and your email was in our bounce list:Reason(s) : smtp;550 5.1.0 <firstname.lastname@example.org> sender rejected.
Also I checked the email notification and it was missing the Sender Email:
Was it done any recent editing to the email notification? I added a Sender Email and made a test submission. Can you please confirm me if you received it?
