Buenos días, muchas gracias por sus servicios! han sido de gran utilidad.
Varios clientes se han quejado por que al terminar de llenar el formulario y hacen click en el boton enviar le aparece un error en pantalla y no envia la información a el correo destino.
Como se puede solucionar este problema?

I sent a test submission through your website and everything appears to have gone through properly:
I also checked to make sure the submission made it through to your account and it did indeed go through. I checked our mail logs to make sure your notification went through as well, and it does appear as though it did.
If you would like to send an email repose to the people filling out your form, you would need to setup and email autoresponder:
This will send an email to the address filled in to the email field in your form.
