Hello,
Our client submitted a jotform with a jpg attached. when I clicked the link i got a "Whoops!" error from your site. However my coworker was able to download the image with no issue. Is there a browser setting or something I need to adjust so that I can download the image from my client?
Thank you!
Kendra

Hi Kendra,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It is possible that your client enabled the Require Log-in to view uploaded files option in his account. Please check out the screenshot below as a reference.
You could either ask your client to turn off these settings by following the guide here. Or, you could try to login into your Jotform account before opening the form from your client. If you don't have an active Jotform Account yet, you can Sign Up for Jotform for free.
If you are still unable to download the files after doing the workaround, please send us the URL of the form so we could investigate on it further.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
