One of our sub users (Mariya) is unable to edit the 'REST House Phone Intake' form, even though she has been given permission to do so (as shown in the attached screen shot). What can we do about this? The 'Edit' option is not even coming up in her screen.

When I did some testing with my own subuser accounts, I was always able to edit the forms that were available for edit so it does not appear to be an issue with our system. I checked your settings and the form you referenced is set for full access, including editing, for that sub user. I noticed that there are a few other forms that they are authorized to edit. Are they unable to edit those as well or is it just this one form?
I tried clearing your form cache to see if that may remedy the issue. Let us know if the sub user is now able to edit the form, and if not, if they are able to edit any of the forms they are authorized to edit.

She's cleared her cache, but she's still unable to edit any of the forms she access to...

Thank you for confirming that. I did find another user with the username and that may be the issue. I went ahead and submitted a bug ticket to have our development team look a bit further into this. Your setting do appear to be correct and that sub user should be able to edit the form you referenced.

Great, please let me know what you find out! Also, the name of the form has been changed to 'REST House Phone Screening,' in case you can't find it. :)
