Hi,
I cloned your form to test it and when I complete a test submission I am indeed redirected to your custom thank you message:
Are you still unable to get this working with your version? Without any changes made it seems to be OK. It is a bit difficult to test your version of the form without submitting an actual payment. However if you would like to only test the thank you page, set your product cost to $0 and it will bypass the PayPal screen. Let us know and we will be happy to see what else we can find.

ctkmom3kidzReplied on September 11, 2014 at 5:16 AMI can’t explain why it is happening, but below is the message they are receiving. It was the message we used last year in 2013. Below that is the message they should be receiving, which is new for 2014. Is it linked somehow incorrectly?

Okay I think that we understand now and thank you for clarifying this problem more.
I took a look at your form and I can verify that your thank you page message is set to the second message which you said that it should be.
However, I found that you are actually speaking about the "Autoresponder" which contains the first message as a thank you confirmation via email to your users.
So this is the reason they are seeing that first message which you mentioned is incorrect and you would need to update it to fix it as well.

Can you tell me what links our form to the autoresponder message and not the thank you message we thought we were using?
We are just now using Jotform, and had cloned another form to get started, so we are not real knowledgeable about
all the steps when you start from scratch. Where can I find documentation on the difference between the “autoresponder” and
the “thank you” message?

The thank you message is the page that users will see in the browser after submitting the form. The auto-responder is an email that is sent to user filling in the form and that might include a copy of the filled in form.
