Account usage and limit

    Hello, I am getting a notification saying I'm almost out of monthly submissions, however, my billing period only just clicked over on the 11th. It's saying I am up to 800+ submissions for this month which is incorrect.

    Can you please confirm what date my cycle resets?

    Hi lumemedia,

    Thanks for reaching out to us for help. Please note that the monthly usage does not depend on your subscription date but for the entire month. So far, you already received a total of 835 submissions for the month of August. Also, all account usage refreshes every 1st of the new month.
