Form Tabs not showing up

When I try to install tabs, no tabs show up. I'm using page breaks right now because tabs didn't work.

Do you mean the Form Tabs widget: http://widgets.jotform.com/widget/form_tabs ? Note that this widget works when you have a Page Break tool to your form. This won't work without the page break. This is explained in the widget description.
