    Hello Walters_Bailey,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The uploaded files per submission go over 5MB; please note that the default sender of Jotform's Autoresponder and Notification emails has an attachment file size limit of 5MB. We recommend setting up a customer SMTP/sender email, you can use your own email or perhaps Gmail email as its attachment file size limit is 25MB. Let me show you how to add a custom SMTP:

    1. Click on your avatar/profile.
    2. Select the Settings option.
    3. On the Sender Email section, click on the Add Sender Email button.
    4. Fill the fields with your email's SMTP settings and authenticate.
    5. Click on the Add Email button.1660392206 62f7930e54dc3 Screenshot 10

After adding a sender email, here's how you can use it on your form:

    1. Go to the Settings tab of the Form Builder.
    2. Select Emails from the left panel.
    3. Click on the Notification Email, then navigate to the Advanced tab.
    4. Select the newly added sender email from the Sender Email dropdown.
    5. Click on the Save button.1660392535 62f7945720ff3 Screenshot 21
