How can I add a scroll bar to my survey form?

The form embeds into my RISE application. The problem is that the form does not scroll, so the learner can not go past question 3 when there are 10 questions. The embed box and even when it opens in the jotforms hyperlink, does not contain a scroll bar. How can I fix this? Can you assist?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support! I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but the scroll bar of your form was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

I have emptied the form caches from your account to refresh it and your user can also do it on their browser and device to see if it helps. You can click How to Clear Your Browser & Device Cache for more details.

Maybe the issue resolved itself. That happens sometimes. Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same problem again, let us know and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.

I cloned your form and checked the embed code and saw that the scrolling option is set as "no". Please edit the code and set it to "yes".
