How many users can view the submission of a form?

If we start with a free account and "bump up" will we lose any data?

Depending on the subscription level of your account, you can show forms with a certain amount of sub users.  If you do upgrade to a subscription package,  here is our guide on how to do so:

You will never lose any data when changing account levels whether it be upgrading or downgrading back to a free account if you no longer need the submission or storage limits.
