1. I found I can only pay the upgrading fee one month one time. Can I pay the 4-month fee togeher?
2. Will you send me the invoice?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to pay 4 months. Available subscription plans are monthly, yearly and bi-yearly (2 years) as of the moment. However, with Jotform, you can downgrade/upgrade your account anytime you wish. So if you want to subscribe 4 months, you can cancel your subscription right after you're billed on the 4th month. Please check the pricing page for more details.
An invoice is sent via email for all subscriptions and a copy is also available in your account settings.
