My Jotform Hyperlink from my website takes me back to your site - please urgently assist

Hi there - when I add the Jotform link to my site, it takes me back to your Jotform site - see link below from my website - it seems only to work one my site hyperlinks - see screenshot as well of the my site which has the BUY NOW button - this is where I insert the Jotform hyperlink! Even though the forms exist, the reply says it's been cancelled?????

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I have checked it in detail the issues you mention:

1. I can see that once you click on "Buy now", it redirects to form.jotform.com - If you wanted to custom the URL, I kindly attach you here a Guide where you could do it step by step. Be aware that custom form domains are only available for Enterprise plans.
2. When I test the form, it does not give me any problem. Could you share screenshots of what is the problem that shows you? I kindly paste here the link to know how to post screenshots to our Support.

Hi Esther - I do not want to whitelabel - it's is a simple redirect - why would it work for one of the 'BUY NOW' tabs and then when I repeat the process, for the other 'BUY NOW' tabs it takes me to your site and says the 'form is deleted' - is this another way of you trying to get me to upgrade - it's simple hyperlink from my site to my Jotfrom which I have paid for - this seems very suspicious and I have experienced this before with some of your other replies until someone assisted me without 'forcing' me to upgrade - the point of Jotform is to allow you to hyperlink anything to an external page and you want to me upgrade to Enterprise????? That is a joke! Once again, why would it work for one tab and not the other??????

We apologize for any confusion this has caused. I understand how frustrating this is for you and I’ll do my best to help you. Sure! It is possible to redirect your users to your form upon clicking the "Buy Now" button on your website.

However, I'm suspecting there are some issues when you used your form URL where the users will be redirected. Most likely, the URL used is incorrect which is why they're being redirected to your homepage instead.

To assist you better, can you please share with us your website link so we can inspect it and investigate further what appears to be the issue?

Once we have a better idea of what’s going on, we’ll be able to come up with a solution.

So, this is the redirect I add to my site under 'BUY NOW" - https://www.jotform.com/pdf-editor/222252926425555

But on selecting 'BUY NOW' on my site, it take me to your main site and saud the form is deleted, but the form is still there???? Makes zero sense!

I see it's working now - wonder how this was fixed - I will test the last 'BUY NOW' tab and see if that works
