Can you direct users to a certain question based on their answer?

For example, if user selects a certain answer for "highest level of education", they are directed to the next question based on that answer. If they select bachelors, then their next question is the name of college. But if they select High school, it skips that section regarding colleges. 

If so, please guide me on how.

That's possible with Skip to Page condition.

Here's how:

Before that, you must add Page Break tool to your form in order to make use of the skip to page condition. Page Break is under Survey Tools. Page Break divides your form into multiple pages.
