We've run into an issue where several our users have encountered a "please wait" message when they try to submit their application. However, it never actually submits, and users have to refresh the page and type their responses again. Is there any particular reason why this is happening, and is there any way to fix it? We're expecting a large rush of submission in the next 48 hours, and we are very concerned that this might pose a problem.

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.
I did test your form multiple times and on multiple browsers Chrome / FireFox / IE / Safari but I am unable to replicate the issue you are having. I was able to submit your form successfully.
Are you having this issue on any specific browser and OS? Please let us know and we will try to replicate the issue.
