I receive twp email notifications for every submission I receive.

First of all....thank you for your forms!  They are wonderful!  Just what I needed.  My question is I get two email notifications with each form that is fill out.  What did I do wrong?

Hello Brad,

Upon checking your form, I found that you have added to notification email alert. That is the reason why you are receiving two submission emails for every submission. Please check the screenshot below:

I would suggest you to remove one of the email alert and that should solve your problem. The following guide should help you:  https://www.jotform.com/help/132-How-to-Delete-Notifications-Autoresponder
