Missing Field

    This is what is being completed on the form:

    Submission Date

    2011-09-08 09:54:37

    Full Name

    Barry Thompson

    E-mail

    barry@seleXXXXXXXX

    Subject:

    Test

    Your message

    This is another test to check that the completed forms are being delivered.

    This is what I receive:

    Full Name Barry Thompson
    E-mail barry@seleXXXXXXXX
    Subject
    Your message This is another test to check that the completed forms are being delivered.

    As you can see there is nothing against Subject in the received message. Do you have an idea why this should be like this?

    Hi BuzzLightYear,

    Thanks for bringing this to our attention. I checked your email notification template and did not find any problem with it. I have submitted a test entry on your form. Kindly check the email notification and see if the Subject field is visible in the email body.

    If the problem still persists, please delete the existing email notification and create a new one if it is ok with you.
