VAT is not reflected in my paypal receipt

    Hi I have multiple payments on my form - some with VAT and some without that then submits to paypal - on my paypal receipt no VAT is shown - do you have a tutorial on this? I am not sure what is going wrong?

    Hi Kerri,

    Thank you for contacting us. Can you please share to us the form you were testing were VAT is not applied? I'm not sure if this is the form you were referring to http://www.jotformeu.com/form/31641332643346. 

    When I check that form I don't see any tax added. Once you have added a tax to your payment it should look something like this:
