Extention files for "file upload" issueAsked by ztwersky on September 10, 2014 at 05:52 AM
On the "Drag and Drop Upload widget" there is an option to "leave empty to allow all files". How do you allow all files with the regular "File upload" field (not the widget). If I leave it empty, it won't allow to upload anything. (I tried). Thank you.
If you want to allow all files in your regular upload, just type * (asterisk) in the extension tab then press OK. See image below to see it clearer:
Please also refer to this link for more information about upload field allowed file types: http://www.jotform.com/help/29-Upload-Field-Allowed-File-Types
I hope this answers your query. Let us know if you need further assistance.
That worked - Thank you! Maybe you should write this on the explanation of the element.
I'll see what we can do about that.
