Why are some of my form field answers in reversed order?

I agree with you that the section order is right on the form and I have done what you said as far as deleting the current notification and creating another a couple of times. If you go on the notification section and look at the form that is listed, you will see that each child is followed by "another child?" except the next to last section for a child. There is no question between the last two. There wouldn't be a question before the first child. Why the program put the first child at the bottom of the list is my question or dilemma. How can it be fixed.

Did you mean that your child listing is being reversed in your notification as in 4,3,2,1 with the 1st child displayed first? Or?

Can you please verify that or clarify this a little more?

I tested this to attempt to replicate it but I am not able to do so. It currently looks fine on my end.

The only thing I found missing in your email notification is one of the question answers but I checked your field tags and those looked good also.

Would you be able to provide us with a screenshot possibly of what you meant originally?
