Form stopped sending notification per conditionsAsked by CAGSStudentSuccess on September 10, 2014 at 11:49 AM
The form was sending to the email addresses as conditioned and I don't know why it stopped. I have redone the conditions, just in case, and it still does not send. I can see all the forms are being held up within JotForms.
all and email
I checked your notifications and it seems you have two conditionally sent emails but only one notification set up.
You would need a separate email notification for each conditionally sent email. Currently the only email address setup is "CAGSStudentServices@ccu.edu" which does not match up with any of your conditions. You cannot send a single notification to a multiple email address using multiple actions. In other words, you have to create each notification for each of the email address you're sending the form submissions. To clarify,
(Condition1) Send Notification 1 to firstname.lastname@example.org
(Condition2) Send Notification 2 to email@example.com
Let us know if you have any further questions and we will be happy to help.
