Hi,
I was interested in what services you guys would provide. In particular, I would like to know if there is anyway to integrate jotform with our SQL server. Thanks.

Yes you can send files to your SQL sever by POST method. You can follow this guide to enable POST http://www.jotform.com/help/51-How-to-Post-Submission-Data-to-Thank-You-Page. Once you have enabled POST you can now follow this guide to on how to create your custom thank you page to insert into your MySQL database http://www.jotform.com/help/126-How-to-send-Submissions-to-Your-MySQL-Database-Using-PHP.
I have made a sample that demonstrate data that is pulled out from MySQL table. You can test it in here http://www.jotform.com/form/42454431879967.
Records pulled out from MySQL is here.

Yes that is possible, but since you'll be using MSSQL instead of .php you'll be using .asp since it's from microsoft. You can follow this guide created by my colleague about posting data to MSSQL http://www.jotform.com/answers/288193.
