    Can't see my form in Edit / Can't add new form

    Guys,

    First: I couldn't create a new form and when I finally did, it replaced my original form what caused me a lot of trouble. It seems like I can't have more than one form at the time or else they are just replacing one another (account name: abccjotform)

    Second: So I had to set up a new account to re-create the form that was lost, its been recreated but now when I press on edit, I can't see it at all.. (account name: raf_owc)

     

    Please help

    Hi,

    I checked your account and found a form named "International Trade Training Program". Most likely, your homepage is set to display forms with "Unread" submissions. Since the form does not have any submissions yet, nothing is displayed. Please make sure that "Main" or "All" is selected in the toolbar just beside "Search" to display all your forms.

    Hi Neil,

    Thank you for your reply. There is only one form saved in my abccjotform account. When I press edit, I can see and edit it. When I press preview however, a completely different form with a different title is being displayed.

    This form is not even there in my account. When I receive submissions, I receive it under the title of this other form as well.

    Hi,

    This is the reason why we advise against having multiple accounts. You are using two different accounts in the same browser, that is why the browser gets confused on which form to load. You may either clear your browser's cache each time you switch accounts, or use a different browser (Firefox, Chrome, Safari) for each account.
