I would like to be able to display the Unique ID field (found in widgets) on the form.

Is there a way to either make the Unique ID field visible on the form, or use a condition to cause it to display in a different field that is visible to the user? I would like to have a work order field that both the user and the form recipient can see and reference, but have not been able to figure out a way to do so.

Unfortunately it is not possible to display Unique ID on the form because it is generated from the server once the form is submitted. I see that the Unique ID is displayed on your thank you page which is the way to display it. You may generate a custom unique ID by following the guide Add-Custom-Unique-IDs-to-your-Form-Submissions.
