I requested below from my other account and am also placing here:
I have a paid account as well as a free account. I would like to move all the forms from the free account "millionsquarefootartshow" to my paid account "CheapAlice"
I looked to see how I could do this but from all that I see you guys have to do it for me?
I would also like to confirm that all information is transferred and nothing gets changed or lost. Do I need to download a backup or anything?
I will also log into my other account and place this request there as I believe that is the process.

You actually properly made the request from this account since this is the account that houses the forms you would like to move. Having us move them does indeed move all related data. You do not need to backup anything as it will now be available intact in your other paid account.
I went ahead and moved all the forms and you should now find them in your paid account "CheapAlice". Let us know if there is anything else we can help you with and we will be happy to do so.
