Not able to move form fields.

Hi, I am not able to move fields. The courser changes to four directional move arrow, but when I try to move a field I end up just selecting a text from all fields, in other words the cursor behave like a regular cursor not like moving arrow (hope this makes sense). This happens both in regular view and in Manage multiple fields view. I am also not able to drag fields into the form, I can just click on them. So basically drag and drop feature is not working. Any help would be highly appreciated. Thanks.

Works ok in Firefox, problems are in Chrome.

It could be a browser related cache issue. 

Have you tried to clear your browser cache already? Please clear your browser cache and see if that solves your problem. The following guide should help you:  http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache 

Since it works fine in firefox, I do not think it is related to CDN issue.
