One of my forms is not sending emails, when I have the smtp details setup on the email address. All my other form are working just fine with no problems with the same setup.

I checked and our mail log shows that the emails are being sent. You may confirm it by checking Account > (2) History > (3) Email:
Have you checked your spam folder? Maybe the emails are being blocked by your email provider.
Let us know if the problem persists.
