Collaborators can't view Approval Status Updates

When I click view on submissions in my form's table, and then scroll down to view status updates on the approval workflow, I can see everything related to that submission (See below images).

However, when a collaborator attempts to view the same submission, the approval workflow status updates disappear if final approval is received.
Is this a paywall where I can only see that if I have an enterprise tier? I've tried with two separate collaborator sign-ins and have the same problem.

Thank you for your patience, Chris. I checked Kemmann's account and I can see that the approval flow process is visible to the user:
However, I was not able to check Reanna's account as I was not able to locate it. Please note that you can check the approval workflow details on the Form Inbox page.
Can you please try adding the collaborators from the Inbox and let us know if the issue persists?
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

Hi Afzal,
I tried adding the collaborators from the Inbox, and while I can see the approval workflow there, I still cannot see it on the table.
I tried to refresh my browser's cache and reload the page while viewing as ckemmann, and was not able to see the workflow on either Firefox or Chrome. See below.

When I view the table as the owner, I can see the workflow just fine, see below.
I'm not sure why I cannot see the workflow as ckemmann, but you can. Again, adding collaborators to the inbox did not solve the issue with not being able to see workflows on the table.

Hello Chris.
Thanks for getting back to us. I’m sorry you're having difficulties with this. I have cleared your Jotform Account cache, which resolves the temporary glitches from the account. Can you please logout from your account and log back in and try it again and let us know how it goes? If the same thing happens again, we'll investigate it more to see if we can figure out what's going on.

I just tried it again, and unfortunately the same thing happened, I am not able to see the workflows...

Hello Chris,
Thanks for your explanation and screenshots. That helped me understand what’s happening. I created a ticket and escalated this to our Developer team.Although we don't know exactly when the issue will be fixed, we’ll circle back to this thread when we have an update.

Question though. I need to be able to demo this feature by Friday, would upgrading to the Enterprise tier give me this access for all users in that subscription?

Thanks for getting back to us. After doing some test, it seems this issue is bug. I created a ticket and escalated this to our Developer team. Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.
By the way I found a workaround while testing, you can invite to the inbox instead, then the approval information is visible for the invited user, check on the screenshot below:
