Why are the required fields not being required prior to submission

Asked by trvlagt747 on September 11, 2014 at 02:46 PM

I have a form that I have embedded into a site of ours. There are several fields that are required on this form prior to them being able to register. however, we have now received a form that only has one field filled in. I also just ran a test and it allowed me to submit without all the required information.  Please verify how this should work for me. The form is 2014 DRH President's Trip Atlantis. it is embedded into the site below.

    Hi,

So far I could NOT replicate the issue mentioned when I tried submitting the form http://www.jotformpro.com/form/42474184454963 in your website  with omitted *Required fields

I did see the test submission you did with some required fields empty in the submission. Can you please try reproducing it again using the same form. http://www.jotformpro.com/form/42474184454963

It might be a brief temporary glitch at the time as I was not able to find any submission data on the form that were lacking data on the required fields.

Please inform us if issue still persist.

    Thanks.
