What is a sub-user account

    UPDATE: Effective October 2018 the Sub-User feature has been discontinued and is no longer available for creating new sub-users. If you had been using this feature previously, you're grandfathered. 

     If you would like to have additional users added to your account, please check out JotForm Enterprise.


    Sub-user accounts are a way to share access to your forms and their submissions without sharing access to your account.  If an organization only wants employees only to have access to certain forms and to only allow them to view submissions for that form, they could share it with them as a sub-user and set the permission to view only.
