How is submission data secured on your servers?

I am an attorney and would like to use JotForm forms for clients to submit information to me.  This confidential client information must be stored securely.  Can you please tell me how my client submitted data will be secured on your servers?  I will use your secure SSL encryption option on my forms so I am not concerned about security in the submission process.  I am only concerned about the security of my data as it resides on your servers.

    Thank you.

    Hello russ751,

Please be noted that we have a cluster of servers and being monitored constantly for any external threats. Once submission data reaches our server it is secured and is accessible only with valid credentials. Apart from your, no one else will have access to it unless you share with someone.

If you use the SSL version of your form, it will also ensure that the data transmission to our server is encrypted and secured.

You can also integrate your form with google spreadsheet which will copy your submission data to your own google account. There are other integration also available like gDrive, dropbox etc.

    Hope this answers your query.

Do get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!
